Shipping Information

Delivery from Prestwich Pharmacy is £4.95 on all UK orders and £25 for Ireland orders regardless of quantity. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours. Under normal conditions if an order is recieved after 13:30 it will be processed the next buisness day (Mon - Fri). During Bank holidays, post may be delayed by up to 36 hours. Delivery days/times are determined by Royal Mail/Parcel Force but normally take no more than 3 - 5 days to deliver, invariably goods are delivered sooner. Some items are delivered by courier but the same scales apply. A signature will be required on delivery. Working days means Monday - Friday, excluding Bank or other Public holidays.

Shortages And Damaged Items

Prestwich Pharmacy does not accept any liability for shortages and damages to supplied or delivered goods unless the customer notifies Prestwich Pharmacy by phone within 24 hours, followed by a written notification within 3 days in order to process a claim with the manufacturer or delivery company.  You must retain all the original packaging for inspection by the courier or us.  Help and advice is available on 0161 798 9932.

In the case of mail order “Delivery” is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and all damage shall pass to the customer.

Prestwich Pharmacy cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses, costs or damages involved with shortages and damages to items however Prestwich Pharmacy shall endeavour to resolve any problem with expediency.

Refunds Policy

Customers are strongly advised to check the suitability and specification of products prior to purchasing.  In the event that Prestwich Pharmacy, at it's discretion, agrees to accept goods back the following conditions will apply:

• The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect re-sellable condition.

• The goods are to be returned within 7 days of purchase.

• If the above points are met then a handling fee maybe deducted from the refunded amount. Alternatively the customer may choose to exchange the returned goods for credit against alternative products to the equivalent value or greater without a handling fee.

Prices & Errors And Omissions

Goods and services, together with VAT, are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order. Prestwich Pharmacy reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.
Prestwich Pharmacy makes every effort to ensure that all prices and descriptions quoted are correct and accurate. However, in the event that a mistake occurs Prestwich Pharmacy will be entitled to rescind the contract, not withstanding that it has already accepted the customer’s order, and Prestwich Pharmacy liability in that event will be limited to the return of any money the customer has paid in respect of that order.

Collection and Disclosure of Personal Information

It is our aim to respect your privacy at all times. As a result, we will not disclose any personal information to any third party company except where necessary. Cases where doing so becomes a necessity include: -

Recording and processing of orders and payments.

Fraud Prevention. 

Dealing with customer complaints.
