Fibreclear

Turns your favourite beverage into High Fibre Food without changing the taste.  Made from natural, purified sweet corn starch 'fibreclear' is a breakthrough in dietary fibre intake.  If your daily fibre intake is not up to the recommended level, one or two heaped teaspoons of fibreclear per day can help you bridge your fibre gap.

Oraldene

Due to ketones being released on the breath you may feel self conscious.  Oraldene can help to kill bacteria that causes bad breath.

Herbal Teas 

Must be a pure leaf extract.  A selection of teas that are suitable for use with the Lipotrim Programme are available at Prestwich Pharamcy.

Water

Do not use Lipotrim as a Total Food Replacement without consuming at least 3-4 litres of water per day.  Water must be consumed in small, but frequent servings throughout the day.

While using the Lipotrim formula as a Total Food Replacement, only the following  beverages are allowed:

• Tap water
• Bottled water (soda water, still or carbonated, but not flavoured)
• Coffee (black only, with or without caffeine as usual practice)
• Leaf tea (black only)

No other beverages are allowed (no alcohol).
Only tablet sweeteners are permitted, not spoonable powders.
